How does the 30 Day Risk-Free trial work?
******PRODUCT BOUGHT ON PROMOTION ARE EXCLUDED******
Thank you for giving us a try! Pinkish Pods products have gained immense popularity for a reason – people absolutely adore us!
We understand that purchasing online can sometimes feel like taking a chance, especially when it involves new fragrances and tough stains. Unlike physical stores where you can simply open a bottle, take a deep breath, and easily make a decision, it's not quite possible to smell through a screen (at least not yet!).
That's why we've made it effortless for you to give us a whirl by offering a risk-free trial for 30 days on your initial purchase – think of it as our very own smell and stain test!
From the moment your order arrives, you have 30-days to wash, dry, soak, and experience the wonderful world of Pinkish Pods. If you happen to decide that we're not the right fit for you, simply reach out to our customer support team (hello@pinkishpods.com ) to let them know how things are going. And if you're not completely satisfied, we'll gladly provide you with a full refund!
Can I purchase Pinkish products in store at a retail location?
We only sell Pinkish products online. By cutting out the middleman (distributors & brick and mortar retailers) and selling direct from our warehouse to your door we're able to keep costs down for everyone. Paying less and saving errands? Yes, please!
What is Pinkish doing to help reduce single use plastic?
One of our company's primary goals is the reduction of single use plastic. Traditional liquid laundry detergents are usually packaged in high density polyethylene (HDPE plastic jugs). A shocking 68% of these bottles are not recycled, and contribute to the approximately 275 metric tons of plastic waste generated on land that goes into our oceans and waterways annually. We offer 100% recyclable box for our packaging eliminating all plastics from our production & packaging.
What is the pod membrane made of?
Our pod membrane is a water-soluble film made of polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH). This film is safe for the environment and completely dissolves when it comes in contact with water, making pinkish pods truly waste free
What does Carbon Negative mean?
A major challenge in fighting climate change is the amount of emission created during the production, shipping & packaging of the product. We have partnered with Ecologi to offset more than we emit on a yearly basis. We publish all our contributions on our website so that we can track our impact.
How will you offset my appliance emission?
All appliances need electricity to run, this electricity realises carbon into the environment, to complicate matters further every customer has their own preference for the wash cycle (hot wash uses more energy than a cold wash). To make it simple we have calculated that on average the emission on a washing cycle is 0.7kg, so regardless of your usage/machine we will offset the 0.7kg of carbon for every capsule we sell.
Where are you located?
We are based in Denver CO.
Do you sell any other products?
We currently sell laundry capsules however we are working in the background to provide you with better alternatives for all your home & hygiene needs.

Can I use Pinkish Pods laundry capsules in cold water wash cycles?

Will Pinkish Pods laundry capsules work on my gym clothes?
Absolutely. Our gentle yet effective laundry detergent capsules are specially formulated with a high concentration of enzymes effective in eliminating odour. The added fragrance is mild yet helps to keep your athletic apparel feeling fresher for longer.
Are Pinkish Pods laundry capsules compatible with HE washing machines?
All Pinkish Pods laundry capsules are compatible with all washing machines, including high efficiency (HE), standard, top loaders, and front loaders.
Are Pinkish Pods laundry capsules environmentally friendly?
Environmental awareness is something our brand proudly represents. Pinkish Pods aims to provide you with a laundry experience that results in less product waste while also conserving the most precious resource of them all, our environment. By eliminating the use of plastics in our containers and minimising our physical volume, we aim to reduce our carbon footprint and help you reduce yours.

That’s simple - what sets us apart from the others is our commitment to providing a superior laundry detergent product. In doing so, we stay true to our beliefs, which include providing quality products, conserving resources, and always using the safest ingredients.
How do I remove pod residue from my clothes?
Are you having trouble with your laundry capsules not dissolving all the way? Are they leaving residue on your clothing after the wash cycle? We can help!
Why does this happen?
The laundry capsules can have trouble dissolving all the way if the washing machine is overloaded, if the cycle time is too short or if using very cold water for washing clothes. These situations can create conditions where there isn't enough water or time for the pod to fully dissolve.
Here’s how to remove detergent residue:
Rinse immediately with warm to hot water
Do not place the item in your dryer if you notice residue on any items of clothing
What is Pinkish Pods laundry capsules packaging made from?
Our dedication to providing safe and eco-conscious products for your home doesn't stop at the pod - our packaging and how it's shipped is all part of the bigger picture!
From your very first Pinkish Pods delivery you can expect your products to be packaged in a fully compostable and recyclable cardboard box. With our boxes doubling as shipping containers and us offsetting all our operations & your usage, you can enjoy your Pinkish Pods without the environmental guilt!
Do your laundry capsules have a shelf life or expiration date?
Our laundry capsules should last 2-3 years if stored in a cool, dry place with the packaging securely closed. If you have additional questions on proper storage, please reach out to us.

I don’t see any suds. Will it clean?
Our products are low sudsing. There is a misconception that more bubbles equal greater cleaning. In fact, more bubbles can mean that there is more detergent residue left on clothing after the wash cycle is complete.
On a psychological level people like to see something happening, but all you’re seeing is soap molecules trapping air in spherical pockets. Trapped air in pockets doesn’t clean. The soap molecules in the water are what’s cleaning. Regardless, many commercial and soap manufacturers add chemicals specifically to create bubbles throughout washing, just to satisfy people when they look in their machine.
So, worry not! Your laundry capsules are doing their job, even with low sudsing.
